I was quoted a price and decided to make a several hour drive to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. During negotiations to purchase the vehicle it became clear that the only way to buy it was if I agreed to pay close to an additional $1500 for service work that they said was required. How can a dealer provide a quote and then not honor that quote? All service work should have been included in the quoted price! More

I thought the staff was friendly enough but when I pulled up to the service garage for my appointment I waited by my car for 5 to 10 minutes and no one came outside to check me in or even greet me. I had to up to the service garage for my appointment I waited by my car for 5 to 10 minutes and no one came outside to check me in or even greet me. I had to go inside to look for somebody to help me. Then they told me to wait by my car (it was very cold outside) and it still took 10 to 15 minutes for somebody to come over just to see why I was there and check me in. I had an appointment but didn’t get checked in until 20 or 30 minutes after my appointment and after having to keep asking someone to help me. It was only me and one other customer checking at the time. More
