My name is Jennifer Hess, I’m a Service Advisor here at Germain Honda of Dublin. I’m happy to have joined the Germain team in May of 2015. Prior to working in the automotive industry I supervised over dietary aides and dealt with family members directly. This helped me develop skills that I need to better assist our guest to help provide a quality experience. As long as our guest are happy, I’m happy. Born and raised in Columbus, OH I find that there are many things to do here and places to visit. We are lucky to have the Columbus Zoo not to mention several malls. After graduating from Westerville South HS I graduated from Fortis College. My two-year-old son is my world! My favorite thing is being a mommy! If I am not at work, I'm usually at the nearest park or ice cream spot with my son, Brennan. I love the ocean and warm weather. Making people happy is what I love to do! Putting my customer's needs first is a top priority to me. Come see me! I love meeting new people!

Emergency Reapir - Starter The starter on my 2015 Accord stopped functioning. I was able to get the car started (thanks to AAA Road Service) drove to Germain for repair, calli The starter on my 2015 Accord stopped functioning. I was able to get the car started (thanks to AAA Road Service) drove to Germain for repair, calling on the drive over (hands fee) to setup an "emergency" service appointment. Car was accepted for service 1 hour after my phone call (late in the day) and repair was completed by the middle of the next day (starter replaced). More

Best Buying Experience! I purchased my 2018 Honda Accord in September and couldn't be happier with the entire buying experience. Winslow Johnson was my sales rep and treated I purchased my 2018 Honda Accord in September and couldn't be happier with the entire buying experience. Winslow Johnson was my sales rep and treated me with the utmost respect. At my request, he accompanied me on the test drive and pointed out all the unique features of my vehicle compared with my 2005 Accord that I was trading in. We negotiated a fair deal, and all of the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. I love the customer area where you can get a "refresher course" on how to use the car's features! It's pretty overwhelming when you first take ownership, but it's nice to have somewhere to come back after you've owned the car for a while and learn about a new feature or two. More

Always just an awesome experience! Service is outstanding! For starters, the salesman I had, Winslow Johnson, was the best! This is just outstanding, considering I have to drive over an hour to get there. I live in Greenfield, Ohio and just hate the thought of driving all the way to the Columbus area from the country. But the friendliness of the staff outweighs my dread of driving that far! Thank you! More
