I absolutely love this dealership! They are the best! I went on Friday to get my oil changed on my forester and left many hours later with a new outback!! I LOVE it!! An absolutely bizarre experience I noticed that this dealership had the specific model and package that I was looking for, so I made the haul up to their showroom to check everything I noticed that this dealership had the specific model and package that I was looking for, so I made the haul up to their showroom to check everything out and hopefully close in the near future. When I got there, they told me that they wouldn't even consider letting me in the car to test drive it until I agreed to buy it from them and settled on terms. A waste of time and the epitome of a slimy, shady car dealership. If they treat you like that while you're trying to give them money, how do they treat people after the sale? More

I did some internet research at Subaru of Gwinnett's website and a response from Jennifer was received. Further searching at their wbsite allowed me to select a n Outback Premium model for further stud website and a response from Jennifer was received. Further searching at their wbsite allowed me to select a n Outback Premium model for further study. After getting all the details I was offered an eprice from Alessa. Edmonds.com indicated it was close to what people were paying. Gary Sykes stepped up on the internet to arrange a test drive and offered drive out pricing over the internet as well as warranty options and financing. When my wife and I arrived for the test drive the Outback was parked out front ready to go and Trina pleasantly greeted us. After the test drive we spoke with Trina and made the purchase. From initial internet contact to test drive, to financing everything was professional and pleasant. What is more, Trina took the time to make my I phone hook up to the bluetooth system in the Outback. I cannot speak to the service department because the Outback but I imagine it is top notch. I cannot say enough about my experience with Subaru of Gwinnett. Lance Willhite made new car shopping a pleasure when I expected to be a nightmare. Friendly, informative and knowledgeable. He had the cars heated up and ready for me to test drive during my lunch hour each time respecting my limited time and providing excellent customer service. The sales price negotiation with Jennifer and Lance was fair, quick and I never felt pressured. I would recommend anyone interested in buying a Subaru or any car to buy one from Lance and from Subaru of Gwinnett. More

I worked with this dealership via email. Jennifer was very helpful and laid all the numbers out clearly. Since the car I had been working a deal on had sold the day before I was coming in, Jennifer was a very helpful and laid all the numbers out clearly. Since the car I had been working a deal on had sold the day before I was coming in, Jennifer was able to get the same car with a few extras on it (that I wasn't charged for) ready to go for my visit the next day. When I got to the dealership, the car I was looking at was all ready to go and parked up front. Trina Mack helped with with all my questions about the car. The paperwork was smooth and fast and everyone including the finance guy was super nice. When everything was complete, Trina came out and helped me figure out my new car and even set up my Bluetooth. Even when the sale was complete, I still had questions regarding registration and my trade in loan they paid off. Trina was always quick to respond to my emails even when they were outside of normal business hours. My experience at Subaru of Gwinnett was great. They made everything fast and easy and you can tell that they work hard to make their customers happy. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Not your typical car buying experience. No pressure, no haggling, no doubt. This was not only the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had (And I have many close friends that own dealerships wh haggling, no doubt. I have purchased 6 vehicles from dealerships in my lifetime; my experience with Subaru of Gwinnett was the best one so far. I visited the dealership 3 times for test drives before purchasing. I receiv lifetime; my experience with Subaru of Gwinnett was the best one so far. I visited the dealership 3 times for test drives before purchasing. I received zero pressure from Lance nor did he pepper me with salesman type questions. When it came time to buy the car, Lance and I agreed on terms over the phone and he had everything ready for me when I arrived. Start to finish, I think the whole transaction took about 45 min. The dealership was busy and Lance had other customers, but he honored his commitment to me to get me in and out of there as quick as possible while still being respectful to his walk in customers. Jennifer in finance, was friendly and our time together was brief and easy. More
