Car was brought to dealership for a Recall action to replace a defective engine part at no cost. Shortly after getting the car home, the car overheated. We took the car to our nearby mechanic for diagn replace a defective engine part at no cost. Shortly after getting the car home, the car overheated. We took the car to our nearby mechanic for diagnosis and repair. The mechanic found coolant leaks and loose hose connections that appeared to be related to the previous recall repair by the dealership. When we contacted the dealership to report the problem, they sent a truck to tow the car back to the dealership to repair the leaking hoses and refill the engine coolant. We have requested the dealership reimburse the $250 is cost us for our mechanic to diagnose the problem. We have yet to receive a response from the dealership to at least 3 attempts to contact them via verbal request thru the service department, telephone and email to the Service Manager, and an email to the General Manager. This has been an expensive negative experience for us. More

I brought my car in for an oil change and was offered a complimentary wash which I accepted. Oil change performed but no wash. I asked what happened and was told that was their mistake and they were happy complimentary wash which I accepted. Oil change performed but no wash. I asked what happened and was told that was their mistake and they were happy to do the wash, but I was in a hurry so I had to leave. They did offer to do the wash another time though. Overall good experience and I will be back. More
