Awesome i went in regarding a brake light being out and possibly AC issue. It may have taken a while so they provided my transportation to get back home and came to pick me up when the vehicle was ready. I possibly AC issue. My experience with the Kia North dealership has been not the best. Their lack of attention to detail and accountability makes me regret making my purchase at their dealership. Terrible communication. Service never wants to answer the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes then after 30 minutes I only have 30 minutes left to pick up my car. I live 30 Service never wants to answer the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes then after 30 minutes I only have 30 minutes left to pick up my car. I live 30 minutes from the dealership. No one told me to leave the Rent-A-Car at the dealership, wasted money, taking two cars and wasted time somebody to help me. I no longer get my oil changed here because every time I make an appointment, They never do it. The fourth time I called before I even picked up my car and of course it was not completed. I Don’t understand why they can’t read my paperwork and understand what I need from you guys. Instead we’re playing the guessing game? I Never wanna go to this location again. I’m at the point where I want to get rid of my Kia car and go back to Hyundai! Terrible communication, terrible customer service and terrible service. I don’t recommend to anyone to come to this place. More
