Great customer service by Luis Rolon who greeted me and explained everything he was going to do for my car. He kept me informed of how the service area was doing and also gave me information on what would explained everything he was going to do for my car. Jennifer did a great job of helping me sort thru Kia recommendations for service. I was surprised by the subsequent text messages requesting approval but they were helpful, just was not warned about the recommendations for service. Recall item still has no part in stock and is still outstanding. Paying the bill had two more surprises: multiple signatures on multiple pages; 3% fee for using credit card. Next time I will bring cash or check (no fee). More

It was GREAT! I had an appointment for 8:30am and before I could finish my 4 mile walk, they were calling me to tell me my vehicle was ready!
