They tried to get me to buy a part I didn't need worth $3,000 and then when I questioned it they said I didn't need it. The dealership is a fraud and lied about services and payments! Currently have an open case with kia corporate office, the dealership refused to fix my vehicle which should have been done BEFORE SELLING payments! Currently have an open case with kia corporate office, the dealership refused to fix my vehicle which should have been done BEFORE SELLING the vehicle to me and then charged me 50$ for two coils WITH car extended warranty. I now need 2 more coils, spark plugs, filter, brake fluid, and etc . I just bought the car 1 month ago. I was told everything was fine and it did not need service at all & we even asked an double checked. Now they want ME to pay 1,518$.57 for what needs to be done to the vehicle. Currently looking for an attorney as well. So do NOT buy from Greenway Kia!! More

Jennifer told me that Kia engineering would need to evaluate my case and get back with a remedy within a few days. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t been able to get Jennifer or the service manager evaluate my case and get back with a remedy within a few days.
