I first went to Pride Kia in Lynn and after 2 days and not identifying the problem, I took my car here. They identified the problem (broken latch on tailgate) within 40 minutes and had it repaired 2 hours not identifying the problem, I took my car here. They identified the problem (broken latch on tailgate) within 40 minutes and had it repaired 2 hours later. I will be servicing my Kia at Herb Chambers of Burlington from now on. More

Went in for oil change and tire rotation was in and out in less than one hour. I had made an appt. Had a 10.00 coupon which was honored. Service with a smile from Jennifer. One other thing. Last month took my wife’s Hyundai to a Jiffy Lube for an oil change. They did the job and it cost 45.00. Working out my bill at Herb Chambers without the tire rotation it would have cost approx. the same 45.00 for an oil change at Chambers Kia. Point is I feel more secure with the oil change at Chambers Kia than Jiffy Lube. You sit in the car at Jiffy Lube while at Chambers Kia you are in an area with comfortable chairs with coffee and water and WiFi and more when the pandemic ends. More

I went for basic service, oil and tire rotation. It was a nice touch when they said they also cleaned and vacuumed untill I saw all the dust and dirt in my car.
