My husband had purchased a Honda My local dealership closed suddenly (leaving me without an oil change owed me) quite frankly, work hadn't been good. My husband had purchased a Honda thru Herb Chambers so we were familiar with the name & knew the quality of the work was always good in the past. Very friendly, didnt try to oversell (know what needs to done) I trust them all-Jennifer, Caesar & Tom sales associate. Only issue is distance, York was easier & if I'm without a car it is difficult. We do plan next year on purchasing a another car & most definitely from Herb Chambers always rely on kindness, timeless, quality of service-ill deal with traveling Burlington or whatever. More

I recently purchased a used car from Herb Chambers KIA in Burlington, and had received a letter that there had been a recall on my car, I called to schedule a time to bring it in to be looked at. I spoke with Jennifer Nelson over the phone and had told me " come right in we can take care of you right away or if that did not work I could make an appointment that worked best for me. She was very pleasant and friendly. As I did take the appointment to come in right away, I was greeted by Jennifer ( to whom I spoke with on the phone), She had given me all the details about recall and assured that there would be no charge. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service and just as she had said " It will be about 1 hour to an Hour and a half". It was it took about an hour and the service technicians worked efficiently to stay with in that time frame. HIGHLEY RECOMNDED!!!!! FIVE STARS!!!! More
