Caesar should not be in customer service. He’s rude and he speaks down to woman. I’ve dealt with him many times and all were unpleasant. You charged us $159. 00 to reset the sensor that turns off the ENGINE WARNING LIGHT and then tell us there’s no problem with the KIA. So this light comes on for no reason 00 to reset the sensor that turns off the ENGINE WARNING LIGHT and then tell us there’s no problem with the KIA. So this light comes on for no reason every once in a while so you can profit off us when there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle? Totally ridiculous! Why not have a recall and mitigate the problem with the light coming on FOR NO REASON!!! More

I have been coming to Herb Chambers Kia for my car maintenance, etc. since 2019 and I must say that I have never had a bad experience. I have walked in at times without having an appointment due to co maintenance, etc. since 2019 and I must say that I have never had a bad experience. I have walked in at times without having an appointment due to concern about an issue I may be having with my car and they have always accommodated me; even at times when they were extremely busy. Everyone is very nice but I am specifically referring to Cesar. I don’t know how he does it! I have sat there waiting for my car watching people come in to have their car serviced, the phone is ringing, Technicians are coming out to talk about a customer’s problem , customers are walking up to him to ask questions - and he handles it all very pleasantly, very respectfully. Thank you Cesar! More
