Jordan offered a beverage again and made us comfortable and went right to an explanation of how Tom Gill Cheve works, No Commission. and why and they are there for us, he asked what we are looking for and our budget and he looked and looked we had a small budget did not play bidding wars with us just looked for what we wanted at a price we wanted and eventually we drove off with exactly what we wanted . 2019 Silverado Exceeded My Expectations I got on the internet and started looking at 2018 Silverados. I filled out some info on Kelly Blue Book and hit the enter button. This entry evident I got on the internet and started looking at 2018 Silverados. I filled out some info on Kelly Blue Book and hit the enter button. This entry evidently went out to all the local Chevrolet Dealers. I received a lot of emails from the various dealers, but Kristi Beaver was the 1st to make contact with a phone call. I took her up on her invitation and drove over to Tom Gill Chevrolet. Kristi met me at the door and took me to her work area. She was extremely cordial and very disarming. She was most concerned to find out exactly what I was looking for then she proceeded to search the inventory. She hit a home run on the very second car she showed me. My preliminary wish list for options was tow package, bed liner, corrosion protection, heated seats, 5.3 V-8 and the color red... The color (Cajun Red) was one I didn't know existed, but had I been aware of it, it would have been my top choice. Kristi found the truck with all of that and a few things more. After a quick test drive I was ready to talk price. Kristi took care of getting the Used Car group to look at the Impala I wanted to trade in. Tom Gill's pricing (including the Employee Discount) was very much in my price range. Then when I received a very respectable offer for my trade-in and deducted the money I had accrued on my GM credit card we were home free. Kristi was very instrumental in pulling it all together and making it happen for me and Tom Gill as well.. More
