After that, we took the car we were interested in for a test drive. During this, David shared his extensive knowledge about the vehicle with us and again, made us both feel comfortable to ask whatever questions we had. Tom Gill is much different than what I expected a dealership to be. You do not work with a cheesy salesman here. At Tom Gill you work with one non-commissioned advocate backed by an entire team who genuinely wants you to have a pleasant experience and do not feel like you have been oversold. I felt like I got a fair deal for an above an amazing car. David also made sure we had a cold drink or hot coffee which was a nice touch. I would not hesitate to return to David and his team for my next purchase and would gladly refer him to friends or family. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience and purchase ! More

First Chevy in 49 years. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional, the features of the car fit what I wanted. I took one car home, and it didn't have a rear backup The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional, the features of the car fit what I wanted. I took one car home, and it didn't have a rear backup camera, so I was able to take it back to get a different Malibu that did have the camera. The car is working out very well for us. I also like the extra perks - free car washes for life, free oil changes and tire rotation. I bought a 1964 Impala in 1970 that was my first car. This Malibu is a bit more of a learning curve with all the new features, but so far it's great. Gill's motto of "A Business of Character" appears so far to be accurate. More
