Exceptional service I was in need of a car I didn't have any money saved plus my credit isn't that good. I called Mac and told him my situation and he told me to fill I was in need of a car I didn't have any money saved plus my credit isn't that good. I called Mac and told him my situation and he told me to fill out an application on line so I did. Once my application was completed I called Mac he told me that he would be able to help me because they have a program that will help. We made an appointment to meet at 3pm. When I got there we were greeted immediately and was offered a beverage. Mac introduced me to Jennifer so she could start my paperwork. The place was really busy and Mac was finishing up with his earlier appointment because I was early. Jennifer reviewed my application and introduced me to JC who told me that he was going to work really hard to help me. While we were waiting Jennifer and I were having a great conversation just about life. Mac continuded to check on me to insure I was ok. JC came back and said I have some good and bad news I got you approved but we will loose money on the car so I have to text Mr Gill to get his approval. Mr Mel walked by to see how I was doing and we just had a great conversation because he's from Cincinnati. The entire staff put me at ease and worked very hard to help me. That's exactly what they did. I drove away with a 2013 Chevy Malibu. I'm so very thankful to Tom Gill Chevrolet for taking a chance on me. More
