I would not rate just one area of service. In general the service dept. did get my navigation problem fixed (I think). A few days later I took my car to your collision repair center for some very modest work. I was told that they no longer did work on damaged vehicles. They directed me to Ferman's body shop. Ferman has never been a popular name with me, but at least they accepted my vehicle for repair. I suspect that Elder has ranked somewhat lower than it had been. More

Jennifer did a great job (like always) but the phone systems are absolutely horrific. When trying to contact Elder Ford, you get routed to an answering service that has NO CLUE of where to direct your c systems are absolutely horrific. When trying to contact Elder Ford, you get routed to an answering service that has NO CLUE of where to direct your call. My last experience was so bad I said to myself “never again”. I even tried getting in touch with Dan Sills, but was never able to contact him. On Friday, October 27, 2023 I left messages for Service (including Jennifer 10:48am and Andrew 10:48am) with no returned phone call. I was however to get in touch with Bill Currie Ford, and will now begin bringing my vehicles to that location. Please understand that in no way, shape, or form is this personal, it is just better business. Respectfully- DR Brant More
