I’m local but my father lives in Arkansas. My father drove cross country to NC to visit for the holidays and experienced a break vacuum pump failure on his 2015 Sierra during his transit to NC. I called and was able to get my fathers truck in for repair last minute before Christmas and all under warranty with no questions asked because of the relationship I have with this dealership. Backstory: my father tried to get this repaired back n Arkansas with his local dealership and they were making it difficult and never fixed it despite his concerns. It took him coming across country to get it done. Once he got his receipt he said “I’m hanging on to this because I’m about to have words with my shop when I get back, they should have fixed this when I brought it the first time.” That’s service! I only do business here. More
