Herb Gordon Subaru goes out of its way to provide excellent customer service. For example, staff once stayed late to help me with a problem and provided a loaner car when it was taking a little longe excellent customer service. For example, staff once stayed late to help me with a problem and provided a loaner car when it was taking a little longer than expected to complete my service. Their prices are also comparable for new tires, which was a surprise to me. I purchased my new tires a few months ago and learned the benefit of purchasing from the dealer. They had much more experience and knowledge about matching the correct tires to my car - an Ascent, which doesn’t yet have a long track record for replacement tires. Overall, I have been incredibly pleased with my interactions. More
