For example, staff once stayed late to help me with a problem and provided a loaner car when it was taking a little longe excellent customer service. Their prices are also comparable for new tires, which was a surprise to me. I purchased my new tires a few months ago and learned the benefit of purchasing from the dealer. They had much more experience and knowledge about matching the correct tires to my car - an Ascent, which doesn’t yet have a long track record for replacement tires. Overall, I have been incredibly pleased with my interactions. More

For example, recently Service Advisor Rodney Rogers and others on the team servicing my car all worked late one very hot day to finish replacing, balancing and aligning new tires on my car so i wouldn't have to come in a second day. Over the years, other service advisors have painstakingly diagnosed a couple of vexing problems. In short, I find that I trust them and understand what they tell me. Prices seem comparable to what i've paid elsewhere. More

I took my car in for an oil change only to discover that it was due for service after waiting and realized it was going to take longer, I requested a loaner. I had the pleasure this time to work with Luis P it was due for service after waiting and realized it was going to take longer, I requested a loaner. I also want to give a shout-out to Rodney Rodgers and Harry who has also helped in the past as I wasn't aware I can write a review of my experience. To continuously see staff members happy, no matter who you get, from service to checkout shows that they have an INCREDIBLE leader at the helm who values the importance of its staff and that's why I will continue to return to this dealership.
