I took my car in for an oil change only to discover that it was due for service after waiting and realized it was going to take longer, I requested a loaner. I also want to give a shout-out to Rodney Rodgers and Harry who has also helped in the past as I wasn't aware I can write a review of my experience. To continuously see staff members happy, no matter who you get, from service to checkout shows that they have an INCREDIBLE leader at the helm who values the importance of its staff and that's why I will continue to return to this dealership. Can not say enough good things about the service at Herb Gordon and the service advising team. They really take the time to explain what's going on with your vehicle and are willing to work with you on prio Gordon and the service advising team. The entire team at HGS has met or exceeded every expectation I have had and then some. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but they addressed them quickly and sometimes better than I would have asked.
