I would recommend the dealership only because Calvin Ross, my sales manager, who was so persistent and open to answer all my questions, return all my calls and focused on getting this deal done. Without him I would have walked away from purchasing this car. The rest of the sales staff and especially the finance department needs to do a better job of following up on calls and responding to text they originated. It is unacceptable for a dealership to have customers to return calls to a voicemail that is full and unavailable. Ultimately Sabrina Aros in the Finance Department did what needed to be done to close the sale but Calvin Ross was excellent in every way. More
