I just picked up a 2021 Porsche Cayenne from Porsche Riverside. Charlie Nguyen was the sales person who helped me. He was simply fantastic! Not only did he make the entire transaction smooth and efficient, he was very thoughtful and personable. He worked hard with his management to get me the best deal on my trade. I was driving over to Riverside from the Bay area and was very skeptical about last minute surprises that dealerships spring on you but Charlie assured and ensured that no such thing happened. He had the car ready, washed and cleaned and I was done with the entire transaction in less that 90minutes. The only letdown was the Finance Manager Jermey who was completely disinterested, borderline rude (perhaps part of a bigger racial profiling issue that this dealership has - look at reviews of other folks that come from a different ethnic background) and could do with some self development in customer service. If I hadn't driven 350miles to get the car, I would have walked out due to his arrogant and unhelpful attitude. I have a 800+ credit score and this should have been one of his easier deals, but his attitude just added unnecessary complication. He had a sanitizer on his desk - something that should help everyone in these Covid days, except that it was empty and when I pointed that out to him, the response was simply a shoulder shrug. The dealership is lucky to have assets like Charlie and could invest in some training for people like Jermey, or people like him could easily cause a loss of potential business. The dealership should also look into their 'policy' forcing you to by 'optional' products such as a key warranty - it was only $220, so I chose not to fight it. Overall, I had a good experience, would recommend the dealership and would buy again from them again. More

Eddie is a consummate professional, he is detail-oriented and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied as a customer no matter the price tag of your purchase. He was the best liaison as we progressed over to finance and then over to Alexis to go over technical functions of my car. Jeremy went over all the details throughly with me and explained various options. I appreciated him helping me balance options. Alexis made sure my car was ready and even helped me snap some fun photos. Alexis ensured I knew each feature and how it functioned. It was truly amazing how quickly everything was processed and I had the keys to my brand new Porsche. This was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had at any dealership. Led by Eddie, Porsche of Riverside made me feel welcome, they were transparent with each aspect of my purchase and they helped me asses the best options for me. Some places could care less and just want you to buy and go, or just leave. I appreciate the diligence, kindness, and helpfulness they demonstrated. This dealership in particular is a symbol of Porsche customer service and why it maintains such a strong loyalty base. It comes down to one word…Performance.
