We found a used Macan that was a CPO at Porsche Riverside. I initially made arrangements to see it. A personal event happened that forced me to cancel. The next day, the day I was scheduled to t Riverside. I initially made arrangements to see it. A personal event happened that forced me to cancel. The next day, the day I was scheduled to test drive it, one of the Porsche Brand Ambassadors, Austin Day, sent me a personal video of the Macan. He addressed me by name and showed off all of the features and the condition of the car. The video and the effort that he put in for me personally was awesome. We made arrangements to see the Macan once again. This time, we made sure that it was going to be with Austin Day. We had a good feeling about him from the video, and meeting him in person didn't disappoint. Throughout our time and subsequent purchase, Austin was a pleasure to deal with. He has a great personality and is forthright in answering anything that you may ask. Not once did we feel like he was selling us a car. We felt like he was doing his best to help us find the right car for us. There is a difference, and it's huge. In fact, everyone we spoke with there made us feel like they were there to help us. I cannot say enough good things about our buying experience at Porsche Riverside and especially with Austin Day. His attention to detail and care toward his customers was second to none. We look forward to the time when we can seek out his assistance in helping us find our next Porsche. More
