Damian did the most amazing job of fitting my wife and I’s needs and wants into the car buying experience. Everything I was concerned with or did not like was addressed and resolved. Even down to specific I’s needs and wants into the car buying experience. Everything I was concerned with or did not like was addressed and resolved. Even down to specifics like certain colors on accessories he handled. I now have a Loyalty to Kelly Ford for their outstanding performance, the entire staff was just as supportive as Damion. I am new to the area and now do not have to worry about where I will be doing my car business, it will always be Kelly Ford! More

The Best honest, professional, fast, efficient service. I travel from the Orlando area to Kelly Ford Melbourne FL. to have service and repair work on my 2013 Ford Explore and my 2001 Ford F350. I do this be I travel from the Orlando area to Kelly Ford Melbourne FL. to have service and repair work on my 2013 Ford Explore and my 2001 Ford F350. I do this because of the consistent commendable, friendly and professional customer service. Mr. Jim Wilson is my go to for fast and professional oil change and minor repair. Mrs Kristina Dispigna has been highly instrumental in a successful major transmission repair on my F350. Mrs Dispigna took the pro active role in following up on repair status and keeping me informed of every status to completion. Not only was my vehicle repaired but it was returned to me very clean. Mr Jeremy Collins as always like he did when he was my service rep again took a personal concern regarding the maintenance of my vehicles and the service being provided. These individuals HIGHLY REPRESENT KELLY FORD. I commend them for the best customer service that I have received in Florida. Thank you Mrs. Kristina Dispigna, Mr. Jeremy Collins and Mr. Jim Wilson. Awesome Service Advisor Derek is the best service advisor! When I first started coming I was disappointed with the service I was receiving. Once I met Derek we sat down and discussed a course of action for my vehicle. Instead of brushing my issues off he took the time to make sure they were addressed. When I debated on upgrading my vehicle Derek helped me find the best salesman to show me around to make sure I got the best options for when I was ready to upgrade. Derek is efficient, trustworthy and dedicated to helping his customers. If you are interested in coming to Kelly Ford I recommend the switch just because of the commitment to serving that Derek has. Help with repair of FORD F-150 truck. During last service visit it was discovered I had unusual wear on rear wheel breaks. Normally not covered under warranty but only had the truck 18 mon During last service visit it was discovered I had unusual wear on rear wheel breaks. Normally not covered under warranty but only had the truck 18 months. With the help of Jeremy Collins I was able to get reimbursement to cover the full repair. Outstanding work. This is the forth F-150 I have owned in the past 20 years, most have been bought at Kelly Ford. More

Great knowledge of product and easy to get information Cheryl was my primary contact and I have never had a pleasurable experience when looking to buy a car until now. She went above and beyond my expecta Cheryl was my primary contact and I have never had a pleasurable experience when looking to buy a car until now. She went above and beyond my expectations to help me make a good decision. After working just one session with her I knew I would be wasting my time at other dealerships that I had visited or planned to visit.. She introduced me to several key staff members at Kelly and arranged a complete walk thru of the car I selected in the maintenance and repair shop. She was very proficient and timely in getting the administrative paperwork completed. I rate her overall sales and customer care performance as ABSOLUTELY SUPERIOR which in my terminology there is nothing higher. More
