I do this because of the consistent commendable, friendly and professional customer service. Mr. Jim Wilson is my go to for fast and professional oil change and minor repair. Mrs Kristina Dispigna has been highly instrumental in a successful major transmission repair on my F350. Mrs Dispigna took the pro active role in following up on repair status and keeping me informed of every status to completion. Not only was my vehicle repaired but it was returned to me very clean. Mr Jeremy Collins as always like he did when he was my service rep again took a personal concern regarding the maintenance of my vehicles and the service being provided. Help with repair of FORD F-150 truck. During last service visit it was discovered I had unusual wear on rear wheel breaks. Normally not covered under warranty but only had the truck 18 mon During last service visit it was discovered I had unusual wear on rear wheel breaks.
