The people are friendly & helpful, the showroom is clean & comfortable, finance has too much paperwork, but that just goes with the job. I really was in & out in record time. All my vehicles have been serviced at Kelly & I find the service employees to be knowledgeable & efficient. I guess you can tell I like Kelly Ford. More

Once Again, Kelly Ford is the BEST! Terrific customer service. Team is attentive and accommodating! Jeremy Collins is great to work with and the quality of the work is outstanding. This is the fourth time I have had my Fords (and I only buy Ford after Ford opted not to take US government money in 2009) serviced at Kelly- each time, the vehicle was returned sparkling clean, on time and with the work perfectly done. Kelly sets a very high bar, and it is to their credit that they meet this standard every time. Good on ya, you are earning our next purchase every time we visit. Merry Christmas! v/r WK More

Minnesotan Visiting Airforce Son and Daughter In Law Daughter in law asked this KELLY DEALERSHIP if they could evaluate and fix my 2010 Mercury Milan Hybred air conditioning system which I had already Daughter in law asked this KELLY DEALERSHIP if they could evaluate and fix my 2010 Mercury Milan Hybred air conditioning system which I had already paid Island Tire $625, and it did not work. Called Island Tire and they said they could not fix the air conditioning system even though I said that is why I brought to them. Upon reconsideration Island Tire said bring it back to them and they would try again. Then I had KELLY Ford in Melbourne, Fl. offer to evaluate my air conditioning system for about $150. They took it, wiggled a few things and the unit worked. They ran all possible tests and could not get it to not work for entire day. They called and said they could not recreate the air to not work. Said it was done, and if it fails bring it back for evaluation and fix. I asked what the charge was and Jaimie said no charge. He repeated that 3-4 times, which I have never heard from any dealership in my 71 years of life. When I picked up my car it was washed, and still NO CHARGE! I offered to tip them $100.00 for their service or donate to their coffee fund, and the still said NO CHARGE! Incredible service beyond excellent to INFINITEY! Thank you so, so much KELLY FORD!!!!’ More

Easy experience I purchased my new F150 here at Kelly Ford. Phil Pettus was a great help in my buying process. He was there to answer all of my questions and needs. T I purchased my new F150 here at Kelly Ford. Phil Pettus was a great help in my buying process. He was there to answer all of my questions and needs. The staff seemed personable which was nice. I highly recommend taking advantage of Ford financing as it was the kicker for me, buying new vs. used. I did have a couple issues after I left the lot and had to come back for. I noticed that the roof drip molding and a rear tail light cover were both loose on one side. The service department was able to order a missing rivet and grommet and installed with no issue. I also noticed the chrome bumper had two haze/tarnish spots under the front license plate holders. Service told me to buff out myself. The day I purchased the truck it was wet out and did not notice. I was hoping that they would have buffed it out, no big deal though. I also had a bed cover installed a few days later and with it raining out, I did not noticed it being uneven (nobody walked out with me to go over it). I was able to adjust later at home. I expected more for paying $150 for the install. Overall, this was a great purchase and would purchase again at this dealership. More

Service Experience After many unhappy visits to a dealership in my home town I scheduled a service appointment with Kelly Ford. After being greeted immediately upon arri After many unhappy visits to a dealership in my home town I scheduled a service appointment with Kelly Ford. After being greeted immediately upon arrival I recognized the service representative I was dealing with was actually listening to what I was saying and I began to feel at ease. Kelly Ford was able to trouble shoot issues I had repeatedly tried to have diagnosed at other service departments in my first visit. It gave me great peace of mind that when I went to pick up my vehicle all the work would be done completely and properly, it was. There is nothing like having something you love repaired to like new condition if not better. Thank you Jeremy and Kelly Ford. More
