Just purchased a used vehicle form Fair Oaks Ford and the experience couldn't have been better, from initial inquiry, price negotiation and closing the deal my sales rep. Dean Khater was courteous, knowledge experience couldn't have been better, from initial inquiry, price negotiation and closing the deal my sales rep. Dean Khater was courteous, knowledgeable and professional, vehicle was not misrepresented and priced right, as an out-of-town buyer I had to go get the vehicle from my home in NC and Dean even picked me out from the airport, afterwards I drove vehicle home and didn't have any issues along the way, really happy with my purchase and the way the transaction was handled by the dealership staff. Anthony Delatorre was fantastic. We were talking to a few other dealers and he won our business over the course of the week. Would definitely buy from him again. We were talking to a few other dealers and he won our business over the course of the week. Would definitely buy from him again. More
