The service and purchasing process was smooth. Before I took it for a test drive I examined the vehicle and found seven small scratches across the hood. Overall, the experience was great, but on Fords end it would be nice to have a perfect Vehicle when you are spending that amount of money. More

Got a great truck, but working with initial salesperson was hit and miss - once I got there, they assigned me to another sales rep, Niko, who was awesome and efficient. Truck was clean and ready to go, and the finance department, Jeremy, did a great job getting me a great rate! Only real issue at departure was that I noted they'd only given me about a half to 3/4 tank of gas, instead of a full tank (??) - guess the price of gas was too high to fill it up for a $57K purchase. If it had had a full tank, I'd probably have given 5-stars - but it's the little things that count. More

Xavier worked quicker than any auto sales person I have ever worked with before and had incredible communication throughout to make sure the process went as smooth as possible. Buying a new car can be stressful and frustrating, but this was easily the best experience I’ve had. I would highly recommend Xavier Crump and hope to work with him again in the future. More
