On a whim, my husband decided to look at the 2017 Equinox at Gateway. From the very beginning Jeremy Jenson treated him with the upmost respect and didn't play any "games" he had experienced with other car dealers. When I finally arrived, Jeremy explained every feature of the vehicle, was extremely patience with our questions but also considerate of our time. He never seemed rushed or ready to get us "on our way", so he could sell additional cars that day. He worked hard to find us the best deal and even went out of his way to find a charger cord for our teenager daughters "cell phone" and find the right TV station to keep her happy. Nailed it I searched many dealerships looking for a particular Silverado model. Every place I attempted to make a deal on was trying to take my over the coals b I searched many dealerships looking for a particular Silverado model. Every place I attempted to make a deal on was trying to take my over the coals by lowballing me on a trade in price. I walked into Gateway and expressed my frustration. The sales staff and sales manager staff guaranteed me a fair price on a trade in and would meet or beat a competitors pricing. Eventually, the deal was made with no issue what-so-ever. The experience was easy with no pressure and they did everything they could to make me feel appreciated.
