Jeremy was on the ball the entire time my car was in for service. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know what maintenance they recommended be done, but never made me feel pressured to get those service. He was friendly and knowledgeable. When I was having difficulty getting into the rental, he called the company and spoke to a manager for me. I really feel like he went above and beyond and I will be using Regal Kia's service department again. More

I get great service every time I’m there for my scheduled appointment. The customer service is always on point, I appreciate that how ever, I do have I small complaint that I feel is an easy fix. The car wash, when the vehicles are washed they don’t dry then and because of that I have water spots which don’t come out. Other than that everything is great. More
