This dealership by far has the greatest group of people I've ever done business with,really made you fell like they wanted to put you in the driver seat of what you wanted and not give you the big run around.I have been looking at cars on eBay,Craigslist and Auto Trader to name a few just to get a general idea of prices on what I've been looking for. I found a 2014 SS/RS Camaro I was interested in,and sent a email to the dealership and the next day I recive a fantastic walk around video from salesman Jimmy Schwerdt that pretty much was all I need to know. I gave him a call,set up a appointment and my wife an I made a over 200mil road trip on a Saturday.We arrived a bit after 3:00 and they are only open till 5:00 on Saturday. I new I wanted the car as soon as I seen it. Jimmy and me went for a test drive had some great conversations,went back to the dealership and wrapped up the deal. As far as I am concerned we bought the nicest car we've ever owned from the best dealership around. You won't be disappointed and now that I know how they take care of customers, over 200 miles wasn't that far at all ! More

Drove through the lot of Jimmy Britt Chevrolet dealership, had.heard some good things about them and met Elker Perez; great salesman, he was knowledgeable, friendly, genuine and attentive; a great asset to Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. He worked very hard with the sales management, Justin Parrish & Jeremy Parrish to get me the best deal, to find the most handsome Chevrolet Colorado Crew Cab "Laser Blue" color; like I wanted all the way from South Carolina. It only took 3 days to get the Right One. They worked hard. I will definitely go to Elker Perez when ready for my next vehicle. Thanks to whole team at Jimmy Britt, they were very friendly and helpful. Great Job Guys! More

Good experience trading a car I recently traded a car towards a 2015 GMC. Jeremy Parrish worked very hard to get me financed at a rate I wanted. Josh Stroh and Brandon Welch were v I recently traded a car towards a 2015 GMC. Jeremy Parrish worked very hard to get me financed at a rate I wanted. Josh Stroh and Brandon Welch were very helpful by email and phone prior to my visit to the dealership which is 2 1/2 hours away. I was given a fair price for my trade and a fair price for the 2015 I bought. The car was delivered to my house by professionals at no cost and they took my trade away hassle free as well. I would buy another vehicle in the future from them. More

Best price and worth the drive. We drove over 3 hours for a 2013 Corvette convertible, after making a deal via emails, they had the best price for what I wanted. Even though it was Saturday they had the car cleaned and ready to go and I had already emailed copies of my driver's license and proof of insurance so the paper work was already completed so all I had to do was sign the papers. I paid what we agreed upon, no btw charges. Friendly staff and no rush. More

Dont trust the sales manager My wife and I just bought an Infinity 2011 QX56 from Jimmy Britt. We wanted a "Fully loaded" qx56 and we were driving 5 hours one way to this dealersh My wife and I just bought an Infinity 2011 QX56 from Jimmy Britt. We wanted a "Fully loaded" qx56 and we were driving 5 hours one way to this dealership to get what we were told was fully loaded. We call ahead and ask for Justin, the sales manager, to verify that it had the technology package, touring and theatre packages. Justin had the sales person to call and confirm that it does have theses packages. Their website and the cars.com site also stated theses packages were present. After driving to the vehicle back to knoxville and to the Infinity dealership we found out the vehicle is missing the technology package. We also found the original deal sheet in the glove box that did not have the tech package. This package is worth $1250 according to Nada in todays money. I called the dealership and talked with Jeff the General Manager and Jeremy Parrish the owner and they said I could bring the vehicle backa nd cancel the deal for their mistake. I am not taking more of my time and money for a lie the sales manager told me. I think a dealership of this size could do more than just blow smoke. Do not go to this dealership expecting to be told the truth. If you do go be sure to verify that the vehicle is what you want. After the sale they are not going to help. On a side note our sales person was Sherri Chasm and she is amazing. She could only go from what Justin told her. Good luck if you choose to buy from this dealership. More
