BUYER BEWARE!!! I wish I had read the existing Yelp reviews prior to embarking on the journey from ATL to Greensboro. The bait and switch tactics employed by the 'pro I wish I had read the existing Yelp reviews prior to embarking on the journey from ATL to Greensboro. The bait and switch tactics employed by the 'professionals' are on par with the greatest of scam artists. Granted, this is a car dealership, however, one would reasonably agree that if they sent you a price in writing they would honor it with no strings attached. Turns out that isn't the case. After agreeing to a near $60K deal more than 3 days prior the caveat was the buyer (in this case me) had to finance thru them at a higher rate to get the 'special price'. What's more, the F & I xxxxxx actually kept a straight face suggesting this was a great deal for me. He was the consummate professional, high-brow thief. All this must have slipped the mind of the internet salesman to include in our discourse over the many days prior.... These clowns knew I was coming in ready to buy way ahead of time and all that was left to do was fill out the paper. They had my lender info well in advance and I'm left burning gas and rubber down I-20 and back. Do yourself a favor that I regretfully didn't and search for online reviews prior to engaging in business with them. More

Enjoying Excellent Encore The Parrish Brothers did it again. Jeremy and Justin always make sure that I get what I want. I drove 2 hours to Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. I was greeted The Parrish Brothers did it again. Jeremy and Justin always make sure that I get what I want. I drove 2 hours to Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. I was greeted like a friend and treated like one also. Justin assigned me to Josh Barr. Justin had created a list of SUVs with navigation. Josh and I went for a test drive and then looked a numerous other SUVs. I decided to buy a 2016 Buick Encore and I LOVE IT!!! I was given an INCREDIBLE deal. Eric Luke and James Schwerdt handled the finance part and warranty part. When I decide to get another new vehicle, I will visit the Parrish Brothers again. Everybody at Jimmy Britt was friendly and helpful. Jimmy Britt greets customers with open arms and treats them like friends. If a customer doesn't leave there happy, it is not because of every effort made by the WONDERFUL dealership. Take the drive - I promise it is worth it!!! More

Don't hesitate to take the drive from Atlanta! I had a great experience at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. They went above and beyond. I got a 2009 Buick with 30,000 miles. Wow, low miles. They got me in and out very quickly so that I could pick my kids up from school in North Georgia where I live. It's worth the drive.
