However, I was not happy with the signing end, that person needs training in customer service! If i do not want your "add on package" then you need to take No and leave it. Don't ask me why in a disgusted look and in a mean voice. You are not my kid nor do I have to explain why I don't want this up charge. Its not my first rodeo. I have had the add on before and don't feel its valuable, especially on a lease. More
