Staff is super friendly and helpful when trying to understand the crux of my vehicle's issues. They are also using current technology to support customers in gaining a better understanding of the enta understand the crux of my vehicle's issues. They are also using current technology to support customers in gaining a better understanding of the entailed. For example, I was provided with a video link from my technician who captured the problem areas and what needed to be done. I also was given Uber rides to/from the service department, which is a great relief! Last but not least, this service department is run by a team who are honest, credible and reliable compared to other car service departments that I've used. A return customer here and I highly recommend it to others. More

Iam purchasing a 2016 Land Rover and it keeps saying low Coolant. I been in contact with them and they are saying there is not a problem. I took it in and they said there is nothing wrong with it but now it Coolant. I been in contact with them and they are saying there is not a problem. I took it in and they said there is nothing wrong with it but now it's over heating. I have an appointment Monday so hopefully it gets resolved. As of right now I'm not satisfied and a little frustrated. Ongoing issue with no help. No car should take coolant weekly. More

The service from the whole team at Emich truly makes you feel like part of the family or part of a special club. My friends and coworkers were confused when I talked about “my dealership” but that’s how it feel like part of the family or part of a special club. My friends and coworkers were confused when I talked about “my dealership” but that’s how it feels. I now have two cars under service with Emich and just worked with Eddie for the first time on a trade-in. Eddie has a background working on German cars and now on the sales side of the business he was able to be super informative about the finer details of German motoring without pressuring me at all. What I love most about Emich is the team based approach. In the past two days I was helped by Jennifer, Jeremy, Brian, Colt, Tom, Clarissa, and Eddie! If they don’t have what you’re looking for on the lot, they will find it for you and negotiate a fair price where other dealers are price gouging in today’s crazy hot market. I honestly cannot imagine taking my business anywhere else! More

I saw the car I wanted on Emich's site and bought it for a fair price. Eddy Colin was very helpful (and knowing how excited I was), he made my paperwork very easy to complete. There was a minor issue discovered when I drove off the lot. After bringing this to Jennifer Gillespie's attention, she was very helpful in guiding me in the right direction for a resolution. Once a diagnosis was ran at AUDI Denver, in Littleton, Brian Overton of Emich stepped up to the plate and took care of everything for me. I feel completely safe, comfortable, and confident with Emich and the entire staff. Great Service All Around!!! More
