Don't even know where to start, I was exposed to all possible used car salesmen tricks, lost several thousands dollars on this purchase. In the end I have got the car which I I am afraid to drive, it do possible used car salesmen tricks, lost several thousands dollars on this purchase. In the end I have got the car which I I am afraid to drive, it doesn't look safe. The car has steering wheel problem, it is loose and it is hard to stay in the lane and turn. Will go to mechanic, see if they can fix it and for how much. Looks like there was no inspection on this car. I did not find those guys who sold me the car on the list because I don't know their last names. I just labelled someone randomly More

They pulled a bait & switch… Added money to the contract & said they had the wrong VIN # something most customers usually don’t even think about. When they realized they were charging me less for a differe & said they had the wrong VIN # something most customers usually don’t even think about. When they realized they were charging me less for a different car they tried to quietly switch the paperwork in hopes I wouldn’t notice, when I did & asked why didn’t they call to explain the era, they became hostile. I did NOT buy the car bc I didn’t want to deal with a company with horrible customer service & zero integrity!!! Had they called to explain the situation I would’ve purchased. More

Normally I would give them a 4 star rating, unfortunately this last service visit was a long and frustrating experience. There was a lack of good communication between the dealership and myself and often fel this last service visit was a long and frustrating experience. There was a lack of good communication between the dealership and myself and often felt mislead by the staff when it came to progress updates being given to me. End the end the repairs were made and I am happy to have my car back. I will state that when I was able to speak with the Service Manager that the car repair experience did turn around and he was very helpful in getting the job done and getting my car back to me in a timely manner after our 1st conversation.
