I haven't been impressed that they aren't fixing the broken windshield that they said they would fix when I originally purchased the car. I have been waiting for their management to call me back for ove broken windshield that they said they would fix when I originally purchased the car. I have been waiting for their management to call me back for over a week now. Jerome has been responsive, but that hasn't been very cool. They also said that the car had undergone extensive repairs ahead of selling, but after turning it on and driving it home, it has a oil change needed signal that turns on as well as a stop/start repair that is needed. This is for my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica that I purchased a couple of weeks ago. Please call me back and get the repairs ordered for this car like you said you would. More
