When we arrived, he was busy with another customer, but he's been expecting us and let us know that Q would be assisting us from there. Q helped us the majority of the time and he was very courteous and informative. Never once did we feel pressured, rather we felt they went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. We felt confident we were making the right choice in going with this dealer as opposed to another option we were considering.
