Jerome Rucker initially came to Armory to pitch a promotional service to us, but ended up inadvertently pitching himself instead. Rucker was hired on the spot after impressing a former manager with his ability to sell. "He said, if you can sell me that, you can definitely sell cars," Rucker recalled. Years later and the Albany native hasn't looked back, spending almost half of his decade-long career in the car industry with us. He believes it's Armory's expansive inventory, incredible service department, and the professional demeanor of our employees that sets us apart. Though he has a lot to be proud of professionally, Rucker says his greatest accomplishment was getting five kids through college, and one through the Marines. He's also a big sports fan, opting to spend his free time volunteering as a basketball coach, fishing, or just enjoying the outdoors.

Looking for new car We worked with Jerome Ruker, while looking for a new car and to trade our other van in. He was a wealth of knowledge and help. FAST AND EASY WAS ABLE TO DO DEAL OVER PHONE ON THURSDAY PICKED UP VEHICLE FRIDAY. Traded my wife's Subaru Impreza sight unseen on two vehicles. The deal was worked out over a week's time with no money down. Everything was delivered as promised by word of mouth, the way it should be! I lived up to my end of the deal, and the dealer did as well. Much better than other dealers that we visited......Would recommend dealer, even if you have to travel a little as we did! More
