Breath of Fresh Air Cory and the Covert Cadillac team are as good as it gets. I spent two months trying to find a specific year/make/model, and happened to find one at Co Cory and the Covert Cadillac team are as good as it gets. I spent two months trying to find a specific year/make/model, and happened to find one at Covert Cadillac through an online listing. From the minute Cory answered my call I knew that this would be an honest experience. Kind, straightforward, and devoid of any ridiculous sales trickery that I had the displeasure of dealing with elsewhere. Worked with my schedule to make sure the process was as easy as it could be for me (even missed his son's tee-ball game, which I feel terrible about!). Cannot speak more highly of him. Once we decided to move forward Jerry made the financing experience effortless, thoroughly explaining each option and document before signing. While I intend to hold on to this vehicle for some time, there's no doubt that Covert Cadillac will be the first place I look for its replacement. A+. More

Excellent Customer Service Daniel Walsh was excellent. I called about the vehicle I was interested in on a Monday and spoke to him he made sure that it was still available. Being that we lived about an hour away I told him that we would not be able to make it until Wednesday. He took down my information and kept me updated on the vehicle. When I was ready to come and see the vehicle on Wednesday he made sure that it was still available and set the keys to the side so that I could test drive the vehicle when I arrived at the dealership. We came from an hour away and when we got there we were greeted and offered something to drink. He also had the keys on his desk ready to go. He pulled the vehicle around and let us check it out and then take it on a test drive. He was very pleasant to work with and made sure to give the best deal possible on the vehicle. We got the paperwork done and we bought the vehicle. Daniel made our car buying experience worth the drive. He has excellent customer service and is very honest. I can appreciate that. The car that we purchased needed new tires and a inspection. They put new tires on the vehicle as well as replaced things that needed to be taken care of and also delivered the vehicle to my home. He made sure that I was kept up to speed on everything and even checked on me after the vehicle was delivered. All I can say is keep up the excellent customer service. If you need a vehicle call Daniel Walsh!!!!!! More

Only Great and honest people are at Covert Cadillac! I inherently do not like to go thru the normal 3 hour negoitiation period, I typically take the time in advance of buying a car to read the auto revie I inherently do not like to go thru the normal 3 hour negoitiation period, I typically take the time in advance of buying a car to read the auto reviews and possibly when traveling rent a particular auto, which I am in effect 'test driving'. This is helpful to me in that I become confident in my decision. Then when I am ready to buy, I then make a list of potential dealers and place them in order of probability based on their public reputations. I first went to my first choice Covert Cadillac, met with Christopher Tropiano, and 2 hours later walked out the owner. It was a very pleasant experience, with a good price for the car. The men at Covert were all helpful, attentive, kind and knowledgeable of their product. They were gracious and with none of the normal pressure. They presented the car, I made a counteroffer and they counter successfully. Very quick and simple. Closed on the car and picked it up 12 hours later. How can it get better? I don't think so. Covert is the best! More

On the date of purchase, I knew that I had someone I could call and count on should any problems arise and the backing of a successful dealership that is willing and able to go the extra mile. They replaced the battery on my vehicle without want of compensation. There is a reason Covert has built a name for themselves in the Austin area. I will buy my next car here. My experience with Jerry Duran in the financing department was professional, thorough, and informative which are necessary when making important financial decisions. More
