My wife and I were looking for a preowned Tahoe. We called Covert Cadillac and talked to Cory Rutherford. He asked me if I had considered an Escalade. I am glad he did. He talked to us about what we wanted and was very patient with us wanting to look at many different Escalades. We kept him very busy rounding up cars for us to look at. We discussed the price range we wanted and what we had to put down on it. We were upside down on our trade and he was able to look at his inventory and knew how to find what would fit us. There was absolutely no pressure on us.He is very knowledgeable about what he does. Very respectful and professional and patient. We purchased a preowned Escalade and he told us that whatever we needed that he would take care of us. There was a few issues with the car after we got it and everything was taken care of. We even were able to get a loaner while our Escalade was in service. Cory is a man of his word which isn’t easy to find these days. He is not the stereotyped used car salesmen we all fear. Carlos Martinez the pre-owned sales director did an amazing job getting not only my wife a beautiful Tahoe, they even were able to get me financed two days later for a gorgeous Cadillac XT five, I also want to give A big shout out to The finance gentleman Mr. Jerry and Mr. Paul, it was a real pleasure working with them. The experience my wife and I had was over the top, I can honestly say in the many years I have purchased cars, this was the best experience I’ve ever had, if you’re in the market for automobile I would highly recommend that you give Covert Cadillac the opportunity to service your needs, from experience I can assure you they will do everything they can to get you the car or SUV you’re looking for. Cory Rutherford was a fantastic salesman in helping us find the right used car. There was no pressure, super relaxed. Test drives were easy to do. They let us test drive several cars with no issues. When we finally picked a car, there was no pressure on making the deal. We got a few grand off the listed price and it was already below the NADA value. I had my own finance arranged but they offered to try to beat the deal I had with their in-house finance. It was a very busy day in their office and there was a bit of a wait to get to see their finance guy. I mentioned to Cory that I was a bit hungry and his manager came over a few minutes and offered to send us to lunch on him so we could eat instead of waiting and being hungry, which was totally unexpected and really appreciated. After it was all done and the deal was signed I noticed some imperfections in the paint on the car and Cory arranged for them all to fixed up with no issues. This is my first Cadillac and I feel like I got “The Cadillac” of service too. I was really treated to premium luxury car service levels. I would definitely recommend dealing with the team at Covert Cadillac. More
