I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other buyers deserve to know about my experience. When I purchased my truck, the dealership provided a signed “We Owe” document stating that a coolant flush an deserve to know about my experience. When I purchased my truck, the dealership provided a signed “We Owe” document stating that a coolant flush and full 4x4 service would be performed. I was also specifically told that these services would be completed before I picked up the vehicle. Because of that assurance, I took delivery of the truck believing the agreed-upon maintenance had already been completed. Much later, when I began planning the next round of maintenance and reviewed the vehicle’s Carfax service history, I discovered that the coolant flush and 4x4 service did not appear to have been performed. I contacted the dealership expecting them to honor the signed agreement. I reached out to my salesman, Camden, multiple times seeking clarification and assistance but never received a response. After getting no help from the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, I had to repeatedly call the service department myself. Even then, it took multiple calls and two days before I finally received a callback. When I did finally get a response, I was told that I should have scheduled the services within 30 days of purchase. This was the first time I had ever heard of a 30-day deadline. At no point during the sales process was I informed that I would need to schedule these services myself. In fact, I was told the exact opposite—that they would be completed before I picked up the truck. The dealership also never contacted me after the sale to schedule the services, remind me of any deadline, or follow up regarding the work listed on the signed “We Owe” agreement. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I have a signed document showing these services were owed. Instead of honoring that commitment, the dealership’s response was to point to a deadline that was never disclosed to me and place the responsibility on the customer. Now I am being forced to pay out of pocket for maintenance that was promised as part of the vehicle purchase. Based on local pricing, these services can easily cost several hundred dollars. The most disappointing part is the complete lack of accountability. The salesperson would not respond, the dealership failed to communicate any scheduling requirement, there was no follow-up after the sale, and when I finally got an answer, I was essentially told there was nothing they were willing to do. My advice to anyone considering buying a vehicle here: get every promise in writing, keep copies of all documents, verify that every item on a “We Owe” agreement has actually been completed before taking delivery, and do not rely solely on verbal assurances that work has been performed. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this dealership. A signed agreement should mean something, and customers should not have to spend days chasing down answers only to discover that a written promise is not being honored. More

Very disappointed with the service and warranty they offered. Spend a lot of money on a new truck AT4 new and pay for extra warranty protection for nothing. Taking the truck back for service many times offered. Spend a lot of money on a new truck AT4 new and pay for extra warranty protection for nothing. Taking the truck back for service many times and still paying for service and parts. It’s ridiculous after spending that much money on a poor engineering truck design. More

Just don't. We sat down to talk about the numbers, and he showed me what the total cost was. After discussing this he wanted me to give him a number that it would take for me to buy the car. Not an uncommon practice but i told him i didn't want to give him a number I just simply wanted to know what they were willing to sell the car for. He seemed frustrated i wouldn't give him a number but walked off. This is were it got COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Jerry the manager walked over and sat down and said so you dont have a number in mind and then he said then the price of the vehicle is my best number and started laughing and reached out to shake my hand and said have a good day. His demeanor was very condescending and as he was walking away he told me if I came up with a number let him know and then we can do business. Let me just say if you want a dealership that talks themselves up and acts like this then go ahead but Jerry was completely unprofessional in my opinion, and he could have presented the same information but not been condescending and laugh at us as a family sitting there with 2 kids. Just find somewhere that will treat you and your family with respect. This isn't it. Even my daughter that was sitting there asked what just happened because of how rude he was. More

Did an online trade appraisal and received a very good value. In fact, I was quite surprised. I knew deep down this value would not stand so I proceeded to start the purchase process on a new truck anyway value. In fact, I was quite surprised. I knew deep down this value would not stand so I proceeded to start the purchase process on a new truck anyway. I was told the trade value was too high and they would have to adjust. When it came back, I found that it was way too low. After conversations with the General sales Manager (Matthew Pilkington), he explained how the programs they use don’t work as well with newer model and low mileage vehicles was the reason for such a discrepancy. After he calmed me down, it was determined that we both still wanted to work out a deal. In doing so, we settled on a very fair, trade value and a deal was made. A lot of extra work was involved as the vehicle was in transit and it took persistence to get the vehicle to the dealership before the end of the promotional period. I was very surprised that he stepped up like he did and took ownership for a flawed program that caused this issue. We continued the purchase process and successfully purchased the vehicle. He worked with me the whole time and saw me though every aspect of the process. He went above and beyond to make my car buying experience as positive and enjoyable as it should be. It was a coordinated effort by a lot of team members to get this deal done. This gentleman, and the rest of the Ewing staff, are the real deal. More

My husband and I stopped and Ewing Buick-GMC without an appointment to look at a used vehicle. We met Oscar out on the lot and he jumped right in to help us. He was open and transparent the whole time. appointment to look at a used vehicle. We met Oscar out on the lot and he jumped right in to help us. He was open and transparent the whole time. After some discussion he was able to get us the price we wanted. So our non-urgent shopping turned into driving the vehicle home the same day. The experience and service were outstanding!! We highly recommend and give a big thank you to Oscar, Matthew, and Austin. More
