Jerry has been with the AH Ford family since 1987. He started as a parts driver, then became an advisor, manager, and has been our Service Director since 2005. Jerry's passion for customer satisfaction has not only made him lead our Service Department to an unprecedented amount of awards, but that is how he met his wife. She was a disgruntled customer until Jerry resolved the issue and asked him to marry her 8 weeks later. They have been married now for over 15 years.

It’s easiest 5 stars I ever give! Simply say after spending whole week to schedule appointment with multiple Ford locations all over Chicago, Nails, Melrose Park and Libertyville. Arlington Heights Ford after I call Friday August 27. 2021 at 8:30 they with out hesitation take me in. They told me I be waiting 1 1/2- 2 hours and 40 minutes later oil change was done. The staff was very kind to me as I needed my tire repaired and the Buick service department was on strike. While I do not drive a Ford, you treated me with the respect of a regular customer, even th repaired and the Buick service department was on strike.
