12/27/2022: Update: No response back from dealership as of today. Buyers BEWARE. Please read the reviews and speak up when you feel something is not right.....it is not....trust your gut. If they are unwilling to fix the problem, immediately leave and purchase your vehicle somewhere else.

On 12/5/2022 you stated: We will review the issues you have listed. We look forward to resolving them swiftly. You have NOT resolved the issue nor have you returned phone calls or emails. As stated in other reviews, this is a common theme. Resolving my issue swiftly should not take over 3 months and again, I expect someone to look into the matter and resolve this error.

Unfortunately the vehicle was scratched, we offered to take care of this issue and provide transportation to you. We offered to paint and color match the vehicle as we would our own. You declined our offer to repair the vehicle. We have apologized to you as did our GM when you were in the store. Our techs are human, sometimes people make mistakes, they learn and become better at what they do from their experiences. We counseled our employee, explained what should have occurred and why to prevent this issue from occurring in the future.

You can sugar coat it any way you want. Your learning from the general manager down should not be at my expense. Maybe controlled supervision. I will never return. I do not trust your company. My issues should have been addressed when I first took them to the GM. You are right I did decline any further training on my vehicle at my expense. By the way you also left one of your tools under the hood. I found it when I arrived home. Some of the tub fasteners were not put back as well. You did not make just one mistake. My car also had some sort of grease in many places as well. My car came in clean and left in worse shape. Wow ,you wanted me to trust your dealership to fix your mistakes and the we owe you as well? It is worth not coming back to get away from the stress and aggravation. I can not afford any more human errors.

Incorrect sir, I was told that my registration would be set for the state that was on my license and I was instructed to bring proof of residence. I brought two forms of mail with the address that was on my license, but your team didn’t look at those documents. Your team made the assumption that I was registering my vehicle with Alabama because I currently live in that area due to military service. I’m currently in the process of moving back to my home of record (where my vehicle should have been registered). I brought this error to the attention of your team when looking over the paperwork. The response was that it would be easier for me to call the DMV because they would have to restart the paperwork process. I was gullible enough to believe that. I called the BMV and the lien holder and none them have received any of the needed paperwork to make the switch. And the paperwork was just sent yesterday, I purchased the vehicle nearly two weeks ago.
