Kevin was an amazing sales rep. Greeted right at front doors. Everything went well, however the sitting and waiting for hours until almost closing time was a bit too long to do paperwork. The guy closing us out didn’t have the best of attitudes or personality but needless to say 4.5 hours later we were happy and left with our new Kia!! More
