I've gone to Kia Union City; for them to replace all of my car door handles. After a few hours, the job was done however none of the door keys worked. I should have examined the installation before paying, my car door handles. After a few hours, the job was done however none of the door keys worked. I should have examined the installation before paying, because I was told that there is no warranty on the job. I thought Kia always warranty their work. I then questioned the competence of the mechanics on who would install door handles without the door key working. I was then told, "I paid for them to put it on". I felt the staff beginning to stonewall me into the premises of nothing else they can do. I stated, I need my money back or this job has to be redone. Again they said there nothing else they can do. I left with thoughts on my mind NEVER TO BUY A CAR OR EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!! I felt disgusted. More

This dealership scammed us and forged our signature on a car loan agreement. We originally agreed to a certain loan term, only to find out after the fact that they secretly added 18 more months to the loan— car loan agreement. When we confronted them about the unauthorized changes, not a single manager picked up the phone or returned our calls. It’s clear they were dodging accountability and hoping we wouldn’t catch on.
