Jerry Johnson went above and beyond to accommodate my needs - even though the exact model and color wasn't on the lot, he found one for me, and had it shipped to his dealership. It was there in just a few days! Jerry has an outstanding knowledge of vehicles and was very thorough in explaining the features of the Crosstrek. Everything was ready when we walked in to fill out the final paperwork! The purchase process was seamless. Jerry is very customer friendly, and took me around to meet the various dealership personnel - parts, service, finance, etc. He even made my first service appointment for me. An outstanding experience overall - I would recommend Subaru of Jacksonville (and Jerry Johnson in particular) to anyone who is looking for a vehicle! More

Jerry provided us with a simplified breakdown of the different Outback options and showed us the features in the car. However, since we arrived too late we were unable to test drive the vehicle. He recommended that we return and meet with Ryan Munro if he wasn't available. We came back the following afternoon to do a test drive. Ryan was very personable and informative. He also advocated for the lease payment we were targeting and we walked out that day with a new vehicle. He was very easy to work with and we are very satisfied with our experience and purchase. My Quick Car Buying Experience Came to Subaru of Jacksonville via Cars.com internet search for a used Scion XB, went by late end of day to see that vehicle ...and an Fine Gentleman Came to Subaru of Jacksonville via Cars.com internet search for a used Scion XB, went by late end of day to see that vehicle ...and an Fine Gentleman named Jerry Johnson approached and greeted me in a genuine manner and left me assured if I needed to see a particular vehicle he would make that possible. As always when looking I stated I would like to browse alone first...he accepted that graciously without any comeback sales pressure. Still wanting to be sure of my decision I picked three vehicles to check out ....and that was without being disturbed during my selection process. WE took 3 for a test drive and settled on the Scion ... Jerry took my DL and Insurance to copy and a deposit all in about 5 minutes and assured me that the Scion and paperwork would be ready when I arrived the next day ...Which it was. Believe me, it took me longer to write this review than for me to get processed and drive off in my new Scion...five or ten minutes with signing completed.I greatly appreciated their zero pressure relaxed but efficient way of doing business. I appreciated them respecting my request to browse alone to look at my leisure.... I look forward to returning when new wheels are needed once again. Thank you Jerry! and rest of your team. More
