When I moved to Jacksonville, I took my car to Subaru of Jacksonville for servicing. My go-to mechanic, Dan, always took excellent care of my aging car. But after 15 years, I thought it might be time to trade it in for a 2017. Even though I kept going back to Subaru of Jacksonville several times "just to look," the salesman (Jerry Johnson) never pressured me. He patiently answered all my questions and when I test drove the Outback H6 Touring model, the decision was made. Jerry made my buying experience relatively stress-free. All of the employees at Subaru of Jacksonville -- from my salesman to the Service Dept. -- are friendly, highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. As long as I own a Subaru, I will continue to go to Subaru of Jacksonville for all my auto needs. So enjoying my new car. It's so quiet and I like all the bells and whistles and, of course, the safety features. But that's what makes a Subaru a Subaru! More

On our first visit to Subaru of Jacksonville we met Jerry Johnson and Jack Tashjian who were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After speaking with Jerry & Jack we were convinced the Subaru was the safest and overall best SUV. Returning the following Saturday, Jerry & Jack were busy, so Erin selected Frank Woods to assist us. Jack is another very friendly and knowledgeable sales person with whom we purchased our first Subaru Outback. Phil Porter Jr. handled our financing, explained the great extended warranty options and eased our purchase jitters. We cannot say enough about how this group of people are a total pleasure to work with and make you feel like part of their family. This dealership proved that it is absolutely the best within the Jacksonville area and even within a 200 mile radius.
