All I ever had to do as far as service was concerned was oil changes, tire rotations and regular scheduled service. Subaru of Jacksonville has always been great to deal (both sales and service). Best buying experience i've had....EVER! I've purchased many cars in the past with different manufacturers and dealers, but this was the best experience, hands down. I didn't feel pressured I've purchased many cars in the past with different manufacturers and dealers, but this was the best experience, hands down. I didn't feel pressured or belittled by the sales associates. While negotiating a fair price, I never felt like I was being punished for countering too low, like I have in the past. It was a low pressure and relaxed atmosphere. In the end, we agreed on a fair price and both parties were happy. This is how buying a car should be. Easy. Fair. Exciting. Jerry and Josh remained patient with me and Anita did a great job with answering all of my questions. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars!!! More

This was the first dealership I had ever been to that didn't rush at me like hungry sharks--it was the most pleasant expereince I ever had buying a car! Needless to say, they now have a customer for life. Recently I went to buy my THIRD Subaru, so I did not hesitate to go back to Subaru of Jacksonville, even though I live in Saint Johns county. Jerry Johnson, Anita Clarkson and the entire staff at Subaru of Jacksonville is awesome! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!! More

Very good and very happy Our salesman Jerry Johnson was great. He was very easy going during our test rides (we bought a used Subaru) and gave us time to get comfortable with Our salesman Jerry Johnson was great. He was very easy going during our test rides (we bought a used Subaru) and gave us time to get comfortable with the car. There was no pressure and the deal went very smoothly. After the paperwork was completed Jerry took the time to go over all the goodies on our car and how they worked, he even paired our phones with the system for us. All of this was in the owners manual but he made it easier to understand. We wanted an extra key and was able to get it the next day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. The service waiting area is great, comfortable seating, coffee, bottled water, soda's and snacks. Only used it for a few minutes though. When I go in for my first service I'll be able to review that aspect of Subaru of Jacksonville. More
