Internet Sale Very Positive experience. I live in North Carolina and was searching for a Legacy, not overly optioned and found one at Subaru of Jacksonville. An i Very Positive experience. I live in North Carolina and was searching for a Legacy, not overly optioned and found one at Subaru of Jacksonville. An internet price quote and a few phone calls later I struck a deal and was willing to drive the six hours to complete it. Jerry Johnson was great to deal with and had everything ready to go when we arrived in order to minimize our time 'on the ground' The paperwork process took less than 10 minutes. Anita was knowledgeable and friendly and also sensitive to our time constraints. Never any high pressure. A very reasonable price. Everyone is friendly and professional. I would drive back again to get another car! More

He gave me a complete rundown of all the Outback's features and easily answered all my questions about the car. He made purchasing the car easy! We were able to complete the transaction and send me on my way in my new car within 3 hours! He introduced me to Robert in the service dept who was also very nice. When they say welcome to the family, I truly felt at home. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and helpful. What a great team to see in action! I wish all my purchasing experiences were this good! PS- special note to Juan, he has a great eye for detail and went out of his way to help me too! More

First time buying a Subaru I absolutely loved my experience at this Subaru dealership. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt pressured or like I was even a I absolutely loved my experience at this Subaru dealership. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt pressured or like I was even at a car dealership trying to make a purchase. The atmosphere was calm and collective the entire time. It took me about 8 weeks to come to my decision to purchase a Subaru. During this period I was only contacted twice by my sales person to see how things were going and if there was anything they could help me with. Again it was never about the sale itself when we spoke on the phone, it was like talking to a friend or acquaintance. I am very satisfied with not only my purchase but also the customer service I received. Unfortunately I did not receive the same customer service from the 4 other dealerships along my car purchase journey. More
