I have been to the Patrick dealership for Service on all three of my vehicles, and I have found them to be knowledgeable and able to handle any job on either of my domestic vehicles (Jeep & GMC) as well as three of my vehicles, and I have found them to be knowledgeable and able to handle any job on either of my domestic vehicles (Jeep & GMC) as well as my BMW. Jerry in Service has always been friendly and helpful, and the job is always done right and in a timely manner, just as promised. I've also purchased two vehicles from Patrick, a used Pontiac and more recently a new GMC truck, and Tony in Sales was helpful in closing both deals, he listened to my concerns and gave me a fair price on my trade-ins. So, whether buying a vehicle or having one serviced, I've always found them to be honest and fair - THANK YOU! More

Great service as usual. Been a customer since 1993. Jeff/Jerry have been my service guys for most of those years. Had 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in for wash/wax on 11/8/10. Picked up by shuttle and returned to Patricks Jeep looks like new. Same thing today with 1999 Nissan Maxima/2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mini detail for Maxima & Wash/Wax for Jeep. Dropped off Maxima and took shuttle home. Jeff asked me if I could be back by 1245 with Jeep. I arrived at 1230 and Maxima looked great. Drove Maxima home and left Jeep. In the morning, Mike asked me if he could pick me up at 415. Was 5 min. early (awesome!!) and arrived at Patricks in a safe timely manner. Jeep was done and it looked great!!! Was home by 515, cooked some steaks on the grill, and had dinner. 3 vehicles detailed on 2 different days. This is what I call teamwork. This is a satisfied customer.Great job by all involved. Patrick makes everything very easy for the customer - from sales to service. Patrick actually cares about it's customers unlike some other dealers.
