I am not happy with this turn of events, but Patrick with very little persuasion has been working diligently to rectify this problem. At this very moment the vehicle is sitting on a rack in the shop with the Transmission out and I have been given a rental. This is the second time that a rental was offered - and at Patrick's expense - it is appreciated. They are trying to make things right - and that is what is important. I am not happy with this turn of events and the trips that I have had to make over to the dealer but it is what is is. They have not abandoned me. They are working on a problem with no vehicle error codes and fixing it old fashioned way. My hat is off to them at present. Stay tuned folks for the next episode in this saga, (more to come) and a happy conclusion - hopefully. Paladon More

Lets face it when our car needs service the last thing you want to deal with is a long wait without your car to get the needed work done. I have brought my trucks to patricks numerous times for various re you want to deal with is a long wait without your car to get the needed work done. I have brought my trucks to patricks numerous times for various repairs. From simple oil changes and minor service work to more involved mechanical issues and they have always exceeded my expectations. The timely manner they get me out of there when dropping off vehicle to giving an accurate timeline on when things will be accomplished. My experience with other dealerships on service is they give you false info when things can get done and that puts me in bad spot because I rely on my trucks for work. I recommend patricks to family and friends if they need service or a new vehicle. A+ dealership More

I bought my vehicle used just a year ago from Patrick. The staff at Patricks are very customer oriented. They are professional and friendly. I went for an oil change and my tire pressure light came on on the way to the dealer. They checked my tires and found are professional and friendly. I went for an oil change and my tire pressure light came on on the way to the dealer. They checked my tires and found that I needed new tires as the tread on mine was very bad. They worked with me and explained everything to me and did not pressure me to buy the tires that day. But I decided that I would get them replaced while I was there. They worked with me to get the best deal and even managed to get me a small discount. More
