My wife and I have been Patrick customers since 1986 -- over 25 years. Lots of dealers can give you a good price on a car, but what REALLY matters is the after-sale service. At Patrick, Service Manager over 25 years. Lots of dealers can give you a good price on a car, but what REALLY matters is the after-sale service. At Patrick, Service Manager Jerry Kehoe sets a friendly, honest, dependable tone for his department. He's unquestionably the best service rep we've ever known, bar none; and his service crew is excellent, always willing to explain the problem and offer options. We've never felt overcharged or stuck with inferior work by the Service Department. When muffler and tire shops (invariably!) claim we need hundreds of dollars of work, we always check with Patrick first -- it's rare that any work is needed; and, except for muffler/exhaust and tires, we naturally have Patrick do whatever repairs actually are needed. Thanks to such excellent service, we've continued to buy our cars and have them serviced at Patrick, referring our friends and family there. More

I have had nothing but great experience with doing business with Patrick Pontiac. I bought my VIBE new from them, and have serviced it right from the start. Its always fixed correctly, the service pr business with Patrick Pontiac. I bought my VIBE new from them, and have serviced it right from the start. Its always fixed correctly, the service prices are better than using local service shops. They shuttle me to and from work, always have the car ready when I asked for it. And they never tell me about a service that my car really does not need (such as local service shops do). Always friendly - and you can always get a soda form PATs cafe, while you do work on your laptop with their wireless service. More

Having bought several new Jeeps from Patrick, their service staff has done excellent repairs and service on all of them. I started doing business with them about ten years ago because of their excellen service staff has done excellent repairs and service on all of them. I started doing business with them about ten years ago because of their excellent service. The round trip from home is 180 miles; their service and sales staff have made the trip worthwhile. My first experience there followed the recommendation of a friend. When the local dealership (10 miles from home) could not fix a relatively simple problem, Patrick's people took care of it in 30 minutes. Other repairs during the past ten years were handled promptly and professionally by (Service Manager) Jerry Kehoe and his staff. When buying the past six new Jeeps at Patrick, the sales staff (Larry A. and Shannon F.) were truly professional. Following the government takeover of Chrysler, Patrick is no longer selling new Jeeps, nor are they able to perform warranty repairs on Chrysler products. That will be Chrysler's loss, to be certain, but they will have to learn that for themselves. My only dilemma now is where to go at trade-in time as I like Jeeps. More
