Buying used BMW X5 This is the 3rd BMW that we have purchased and it by far was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. We drove from Columbus, OH to make the purchase and I'm so glad we did. It was worth the trip! This BMW dealership far exceeds the dealership we have done business with in the past in Dublin, OH on all levels. Jerry Mancini, Fred Palmer and Dan Walker were all extremely professional and made our buying process easy and efficient. Jerry and Fred went out of their way to introduce themselves when we first arrived even though they were very busy selling cars that day. The negotiating process was smooth and fast just like we like it! Jerry even stayed after the dealership was closed to go over all the car's features and show us how to operate all the new technology. We now understand why this dealership is "Dealer of the Year 2015/State Winner" but they should be rated "number one" in North America. It's nice to know there are still some dealerships around today that offer great old fashioned customer service. Jerry even followed up with us after we arrived home to see how we liked the car. We can't say enough good things about BMW Westlake and their excellent employees: Jerry Mancini, Fred Palmer and Dan Walker! Thank you! More

Throughout the process, the entire staff was very receptive to all of my questions and comments, as well as being professional, honest and fair. Mr. Macini's introduction to and description of the vehicle was more thorough than the one I received when I purchased my BMW elsewhere, which I will only do so from Ganley in the future. Mr.Mancini has contacted us twice after the purchase to see if we have any question .In addition to Mr. Mancini, my compliments to Mr.Palmer, the manager, and Mr. Walker, the finance manager.I give all three the highest ratings possible. Will not go anywhere else in the future. More

Another nice experience I purchased a 2014 X1 228i, they took it off the showroom floor for me to test drive without question. Jerry met me at the door with the car shining and full of fuel. Met service adviser and finance manager. Answered all my questions, and reviewed everything about the car.After test drive we completed the deal. I drove home with my new car and a very warm experience. 2nd BMW from Jerry After buying from Jerry last month, '12 x3, to replace my wife's totaled Honda Element, I decided to purchase an '11 328xi to replace my high mileage After buying from Jerry last month, '12 x3, to replace my wife's totaled Honda Element, I decided to purchase an '11 328xi to replace my high mileage '08 Honda Civic Hybrid. I could have waited, but that superb experience and the BMW Holiday promotion (1.9% financing and them making the first payment, too) clinched it for me. Jerry was super as before and his professionalism made the experience top-notch. All involved worked hard to give me an excellent deal (trade-in value, price of cpo bmw, and other incentives). The pre-owned offices have moved to where the new car showroom was before relocating to Westlake and are very nice. I look forward to a long relationship with Jerry and this dealership! More

Ganley BMW - Superb Experience I located a 2012 x3 on the USAA Buying Services site at Ganley BMW. After looking at Mercedes GLK's and Nissan Rogues at local dealers, I went to Ganl I located a 2012 x3 on the USAA Buying Services site at Ganley BMW. After looking at Mercedes GLK's and Nissan Rogues at local dealers, I went to Ganley (about 25 min drive from our house) and met with Jerry. He was great and answered all our questions in a straight-forward manner. He got us an excellent price down from the web price. We took delivery today and he spent all the time we needed explaining the car's features. We enjoyed the car-buying experience at Ganley! When my other car needs replacing, I will definitely return to Ganley BMW and Jerry! More
