It was easy to arrange a time to come look at the car and Jerry Mancini was extremely helpful in facilitating the process of buying the car. It was a no-nonsense transaction without any games. Had a great experience in buying my first BMW. I worked with Jerry Mancini and Erik Parkinson. Both guys are class acts and really know how to make a customer feel special and not just another sale. 3rd 3 Series My wife and I have purchased at this dealership (although there is a BMW dealer closer to my home). Never any stress dealing with Ganley. Everything goes smoothly. My whole experience getting a new BMW was just excellent thanks to Jerry Mancini. There is great people working at Ganley BMW but thanks to Jerry's help and guidance I was able to get the car I wanted with thanks to Jerry Mancini. I never felt pushed to make any type of desicions and he worked under my schedule to let me see different cars and styles to make sure I was able to make an educated decision. My experience purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle from Ganley BMW was excellent from beginning to end. The dealership had a number of vehicles for selection. Client Advisor Jerry Mancini was knowledgeable, professional and patiently spent time answering all of my questions, and the manager of the pre-owned dealership, Fred Palmer, personally introduced himself to me while I was looking at the cars. Ultimately, I decided to purchase my 328 xDrive from Ganley BMW because of the professional and personal customer service I received while car shopping. My experience with the finance department was pleasant, straight forward, and did not involve any pressure sales tactics for extended warranties or other products. As a female car buyer, I appreciated the respectful and honest treatment I received from this dealership and would highly recommend Ganley BMW for an excellent overall dealership experience. More

Jerry Mancini was very accomodating with the information I needed to xxxxx the condition of the car via phone/email. As I was an out-of-state buyer from 3+ hours away, this was important for me in determini I needed to xxxxx the condition of the car via phone/email. As I was an out-of-state buyer from 3+ hours away, this was important for me in determining whether to seriously consider it for purchase and make the drive to Ganley in person. Furthermore, Jerry and the staff was very helpful on-site to accommodate my requests for further inspection of the vehicle to give me a very good comfort level with the car. Overall the staff was very friendly and it was a great experience!! More
